Scenario

The same day, Jake, an old friend of Murray’s saw Murray’s post and phoned Murray to ask him to be an exclusive supplier of refurbished boards to him. Murray telephoned Hermione’s shop (at about 6pm) and left a message on the answerphone stating that he was sorry but he could no longer sell Hermione the snowboards. Hermione is unhappy as she thought she could make a good profit from selling the boards on.
